This product is mainly used for chip resistors, capacitors, IC chip mount technology for dispensing and scraping gum.

■ Curing conditions
○ 8800K: recommended hardening temperature of the substrate surface condition is 150 ℃ after 60 seconds, after 100 seconds to reach 150 ℃;
○ 8800T: recommended hardening temperature of the substrate surface condition is 150 ℃ after 45 seconds, after 100 seconds to reach 150 ℃;
○ the higher the curing temperature and curing time, the longer the height of the intensity of the more available;
○ part by containing the size of the substrate, and filled with different positions, the actual adhesive attached to the temperature change, so need to find the most suitable curing conditions.
■ Use
